At TIBBS & BONES, we want you to be obsessed with your new fit, so if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene stickers are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit voucher via email within 3-5 business days.
